I can't get my laces through the lace gem.
1. Ensure your laces are standard, flat laces. While some thicker laces may fit our low-profile lace gems, we cannot guarantee compatibility.
One of my lace gems broke, can I get it fixed?
If your Lace Gem arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within six months, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or store credit.
2. Begin with the lace on the left side, using a toothpick or a small, screwdriver-like tool to guide it through to the other side.
How secure is your site?
